No Touch Agreement
We consider it to be part of our professional ethics that we will not contact any employee of our client´s for a position with someone else, nor that we will approach the person we placed for another position. If desired, this can be incorporated into a search agreement.
We consider a client to still be a client for a period of 2 years after the last project we have undertaken for the client. Candidates placed will never be approached by ourselves.
