Who are we

In 1988 Gerhard Benneck started a a company in the field of recruitment.

Starting out with purely advertising based search the company was soon filling positions for various international companies. Industries served included IT, Chemical, Construction, Machine Building and many others.

Soon the demand for further services required an expansion into executive search / headhunting. The company took up this challenge and excelled in it due to the special methods it had developed.

Mid 1990es a further field was opened to the company with Mergers & Acquisitions.  A number of German mid-level companies were sold, mainly to international investors (both strategic and financial investors).

Today the company has its main office in Düsseldorf aand works throughout Germany as well as in adjacent countries.
